Valerie has not stopped drawing since a toddler. Her art is not confined to a singular aesthetic or theme; it's a continuous evolution. Each creation is a step forward in her artistic journey, an exploration of the uncharted territories of imagination and expression.
The subject matter Valerie enjoys is varied and includes landscapes, the female form, flora and fauna. Her work often blurs the lines between reality and abstraction, inviting viewers to interpret and connect with her pieces on a personal level.
She is a current member of various Art groups in Melbourne and regularly exhibits around Victoria and is a winner of a number of awards. In an earlier life she exhibited around South Gippsland and the Bellarine Peninsula.
